"Kind staffs nice service open and clean kitchen. Ramen was nice but personally noodle was overcooked and verza was on the top I thought it was not necessary probably. Maybe seaweed or other garnish could be better. Cheese cake I really loved it ! 100% re visit but for other menu!"

"The umami ramen was v good, pleasantly surprised. The broth was rich in flavor while not heavily fattened, paired with proper ramen noodles. Chirashi was served w quality sashimi - my biggest complaint is that the chutoro was not cut well (as depicted in the picture) so when you bite into it, there’s a tough and chewy texture that is unbearable. The miso baos need a lot of work, we thought we were ordering xiaolongbaos but instead faced with godzilla sized mush. They were so big that we literally did not know how to start eating it. The pane was molto morbido and could not hold the filling inside, infact, we were wondering if it was undercooked. While the stuffing itself was made w primarily carrots and cabbage and was not appetizing to us."

"The place is nice just 10 mins from the colli albani metro. We had the pork yakisoba, katsusando and takoyaki , the yakisoba is really good its not oily unlike other that i tasted and its full of flavour and the takoyaki i feel like is homemade because it dont taste and it doesn't have the texture of store bought. The katsusando is a great sandwich type snack , in conclusion we'll return to try the ramens"

"My favorite Japanese restaurant in Rome with a chef who trained in Japan! This place has authentic Japanese food which is so good that I find myself wanting to come back every time The ramen both the fish and meat broth is fantastic. The takoyaki are the best I’ve had, and the sushi is excellent quality, with fish that practically melts in your mouth. A special bonus is the plum sake - one of the best I’ve ever tried, incredibly smooth and flavorful. Be sure to book in advance, as the place is always full!"
